John: It’s dancing that, Isn’t it. Dancing!
Alan: They’re dancing in the hall. After show.
Is that after the show?
And did you dance at other times. Were there dances that you went to at Calderstones?
Alan: Can’t remember.
John: I know a lot of people there. After the show a lot of people there dancing. They had a disco there I think.… I think there was a disco – somebody there doing a disco.
So did you go dancing John?
John: Oh yeah… I do dancing… I not on there!
So did you go dancing at Calderstones?
John: A long time ago – yeah. With my girlfriend. You was there as well Alan.
John: With your girlfriend. Dancing. (Looking at photo) They’ve got hands together there!
They have, haven’t they? Could you have your hands together if you were with your girlfriend?
John: Dance with the girlfriend, yeah. Not hold hands, together… The man holding the lady’s side. And that lady hold the man’s side. That way dance.
And what did you think about the dancing? Was it something you liked doing, didn’t like doing?
Alan: Oh I like dancing! I practice in my room every night sometime.
